Our mission is to give back to our local community by providing natural fruits, berries, vegetables, honey and flowers while being a model of appropriate land stewardship and ecological practices.

HoneyBreeze Orchards is more than just a business - it is a passion project that will provide the community with increased access to fresh fruit, handpicked berries, garden vegetables, and natural floral bouquets. Not only will customers enjoy the finest, locally-sourced produce, but they will also be supporting a small, family-owned business. HoneyBreeze Orchards is committed to providing top-quality products while preserving the natural beauty of the land. The Brezenskis are excited to share their love for farming with the world and invite you to experience the HoneyBreeze difference.

Who are we?

Allen As a young boy, Allen visited his grandparents' and uncle's farms and built a strong interest in a future in farming. Allen graduated from Columbus High School in Columbus, Nebraska. He pursued a career in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Armaments System Specialist. His career led him around the world while learning valuable maintenance and management skills. After his 21 year career, he retired and pursued employment in the US Post Office. He later received his Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and taught middle school math and special education until the family moved to Brainard. Allen now works for Lonnie’s Homes and manages all of the maintenance at the orchard. Pamela Pamela graduated from Schuyler Central High School in Schuyler, Nebraska. She was active in the local FFA chapter. Her projects consisted of raising and breeding Simmental cattle, assisting in soybean and corn farming operations, maintaining an orchid growing/greenhouse operation, managing two honeybee hives and working in a local floral shop. After high school, she began her education at Iowa State University majoring in Horticulture Business. Due to life changes and circumstances, Pamela persued a Business degree from the University of Maryland University College and a Post-Bac degrees in Special Education. Her teaching career is continuing today as she works as a Special Education Project Manager for Educational Service Unit #13. Pamela manages the planting operations and business activities at the orchard. Franklin Franklin, the orchard's five-year-old brown mini schnauzer, serves as the efficient orchard canine manager, using his barking skills to keep critters at bay. Franklin loves to ride in the UTV and check on the orchard. He DOES NOT like the bees. He was chased and stung one time and he now stays far away from them. Mabel Mabel is the newest member of the HoneyBreeze crew! Pam was walking into the bank and saw the cutest little Corgi puppy. She knew immediately that Mabel should become a part of the crew. Mabel is currently in training, but she loves to help garden, walk the orchard and bark at anything that moves. Noy Noy is a rescued tabby cat Allen found in Schuyler. He came to the orchard when he was a kitten as the sole worker in the rodent control department. He does a great job of keeping the mouse and mole population in check. He enjoys sunning himself, walking the orchard and eating.

HoneyBreeze was partially named after Allen's Air Force nickname. He was called Breezy by his peers and the name had to be included. Several areas of the orchard carry a memory from our 21 year journey.
