Pam's Jams
Pam handcrafts each batch of jam to balance the flavor of the fresh fruit, citrus and spice. The outcome is an explosion of flavor!
All jams are made with natural pectin. Our recipes are simple: Fruit, sugar or honey, citrus and spice. No additives are allowed in a jar of HoneyBreeze Jam!
Heritage Baked Goods
HoneyBreeze Orchards is a registered/licensed Nebraska Cottage Bakery.
Pam's Czech heritage comes through in her baking. Whether it is artisan bread, buchty, pie, or sweet rolls, all baked goods are crafted using natural ingredients: butter, honey, and fresh fruit and filling.
Offerings are based on the fruit of the season. Seasonal menus are posted on the HoneyBreeze Facebook page.
Raw Honey
Allen and Pamela set the first five honeybee hives on the HoneyBreeze property in the spring of 2024. The first jars of raw honey should be sold in the summer 2025!
We are excited to taste the flavors in the honey. Our bees have apple, peach, cherry, and plum blossoms in the spring. Then, they get wild plum and chokecherry and berries shortly after. In the height of the summer, they explore the flowers and garden produce.
Fresh Flowers
HoneyBreeze Orchards is expanding tulip and peony production in the 2025-2026 production year. We currently have 8 different varieties of peonies planted on the property.
Fresh cut flowers will be sold in our Farm Store as they become available. Offerings will be posted on the HoneyBreeze Facebook page.
Future Directions: Pam has been a florist for over 20 years and would love to provide floral gifts for holidays and weddings.
Fall Favorites
Fall is our favorite season at HoneyBreeze orchards. We want to fill your home with fall decorations and fun!
HoneyBreeze produces acorn squash, butternut squash, carving pumpkins, heritage pumpkins, native corn, scented pinecones, cornstalk bunches or grapevine wreaths.
Whether it is decorative pumpkins, gourds or cornstalk arrangements, we've got you covered!
Holiday Cheer
The HoneyBreeze Orchards property is currently home to over 6 different pine tree species. Pruning allows us to offer holiday wreaths, pine table arrangements, miniature Christmas tree arrangements, and other fun holiday cheer items.
Our pine trees also provide us pinecones to cover in scented beeswax as fire starters and scented pinecones.
Future Direction: A Christmas tree farm plot has been created and will allow for fresh tree selection in approximately 2030!
